Any techniques on the icing? I made it as the directions (including drying the strawberries) but the liquid was separating from the mixture. Still tastes good but isn’t pretty. :/
Because of the liquid in the strawberries, you have to make sure you add enough powdered sugar to thicken it. I also set the finished icing in the fridge for a few minutes, and then piped only a little bit on each cupcake. It’s thin, so it spreads to the edge if you tap the cupcake on the counter. Hope that helps!
